Wilmer Difo and Trea Turner each had a pair of hits with Difo adding a triple and a double, while Adam Eaton chipped in a base hit to cap off Washington’s offense in the win. Stephen Strasburg gave up five runs on seven hits while striking out five over four innings of work, not factoring in the decision. Matt Grace picked up the win in relief to improve to 1-1 this season. Max Scherzer will start game three and is 16-5 with a 2.11 ERA and 234 strikeouts this season.
